CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Scope

This Policy explains how to cancel an MCD Flow trial, subscription, future renewal, seat package, or add-on.

Cancellation and refunds are separate processes. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

2. How to Cancel

An authorized account owner or administrator may cancel through:

Where self-service cancellation is unavailable, a request may be sent to:

The request must come from an authorized account email.

3. Effect of Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated:

• cancellation stops future renewals;
• it does not immediately terminate prepaid access;
• the account remains available until the current paid term ends;
• no new renewal charge will occur after the effective cancellation date; and
• previously processed charges are governed by the Refund Policy.

4. Free Trials

A trial may be canceled before it expires.

Where no payment method is required, access ends automatically when the trial expires.

Where a trial converts to a paid subscription, the conversion, price, billing frequency, and first charge date will be disclosed before enrollment.

5. Prepaid Plans

Canceling a quarterly, semiannual, or annual plan stops the next renewal but generally does not shorten the prepaid term.

The Customer may continue using the Service through the end of that term unless access is terminated for breach.

Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

6. Seats and Add-ons

Seat or add-on reductions may take effect immediately or at the end of the billing period, as disclosed before confirmation.

The Customer may need to reduce active users before the change becomes effective.

7. Confirmation

MCD Flow will provide confirmation showing:

• request date;
• effective cancellation date;
• final access date;
• canceled items; and
• any outstanding balance.

8. Data Following Cancellation

Following termination:

• the workspace may enter a limited-access state;
• an export or recovery period may apply;
• data may later be deleted, anonymized, or retained where legally required; and
• backup copies may remain temporarily.

Canceling billing is not the same as submitting an immediate data-deletion request.

9. Cancellation by MCD CAD CORP

We may suspend or terminate the Service for nonpayment, fraud, material breach, security risk, unlawful use, sanctions, or Service discontinuation.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.

10. Mandatory Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
