REFUND POLICY
Version: REFUND-2026.1
Effective Date: [DATE]
1. General Rule
Unless required by law, stated in a written offer, or provided under this Policy, MCD Flow charges are non-refundable once the purchased term begins.
This includes monthly subscriptions, prepaid plans, additional seats, add-ons, prorated charges, delivered services, and nonrecoverable taxes or fees.
2. Potentially Eligible Circumstances
A refund may be granted where:
- a duplicate charge occurred;
- billing continued after an effective cancellation;
- MCD Flow made a billing error;
- a severe and prolonged outage materially prevented use;
- a written offer included a specific guarantee;
- applicable law requires a refund; or
- MCD CAD CORP approves an exceptional courtesy refund.
3. Normally Ineligible Circumstances
Refunds are generally not provided for nonuse, change of mind, failure to cancel, reduction in team size, unused functions, customer device or internet issues, unreported incompatibility, suspension for breach, customer deletion, third-party services, or bank and currency-conversion fees.
4. Prepaid Plans
Discounted quarterly, semiannual, and annual plans are provided in exchange for a prepaid commitment.
Early cancellation generally stops the next renewal but does not create a refund for the unused portion.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Requests
Requests must be sent to [BILLING@MCDFLOW.COM] and include account, transaction, amount, date, reason, and relevant evidence.
Unless a longer period is required by law, requests should be submitted within 14 days after the disputed charge.
6. Review and Payment
We may review subscription, usage, cancellation, communication, and billing records.
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment processor and financial institution.
7. Chargebacks
Customers should first attempt to resolve billing issues with MCD Flow before initiating a chargeback.
An unjustified chargeback may result in temporary suspension while investigated, without limiting rights concerning genuinely unauthorized charges.
8. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy excludes non-waivable statutory refund, withdrawal, or consumer-protection rights.
